All fundraisers and sponsorships using PRA’s name, logo, or teams must be approved in advance by the Board of Directors. A request form is required for any fundraiser or sponsorship.
All money raised under PRA belongs to PRA — not to an individual, team, or sport. While the Board will consider the intended purpose of a fundraiser, funds may be reallocated as needed to support the overall mission and programs of the organization. At the end of each year, any unspent funds are rolled into PRA’s general fund and are not carried over as program-specific balances.
All funds must be turned in promptly to the Treasurer and recorded in PRA’s official accounts. Purchases may only be made through PRA (either by direct payment to vendors or approved reimbursement with receipts). Personal purchases without receipts will not be reimbursed.
Any banners, signs, uniforms, or items showing a sponsor’s logo must be approved by the Board before purchase or display to ensure consistency with PRA’s mission and branding.
Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of the fundraiser, removal from volunteer/leadership roles, and prohibition from future PRA fundraising activities.
No fundraising or sponsorship may begin until approval is granted.
